I have a license for NewspaperX for one website. rrecord.com, I have installed it on a temporary website rrecordstage.com in order to learn and configure the template. After it’s completed I will link it back to rrecord.com. Do I need to buy another license for that?

Newspaper theme as all the products sold on Envato Market can be applied only on one website. You can use a staging site or a localhost but running multiple addresses with the same purchase code can lead to permanent ban from Envato Market.
