Good morning,
I’m not able to find the select “make this a category mega menu” in the menu section after the migration in production environment.
I’ve also searched in the Screen Settings.
Apparently is some kind of conflict, but I tried to de-activate all the plugins (except from the tagdiv ones) and nothing changed.
In the Italian language (the main one) the menu works fine anyway, but in other languages is impossible to set.
Everything is updated (WP, Theme and plugins)

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Did you check the plugin conflicts ?
Most of the cases were related to untested plugins that were in conflict with the theme plugins.
