If I insert “Header main menu” in my cloud template header, i can open submenu only if javascript is active. can I use another type of menu to open submenu with css?

If you’re using a Header template from the Cloud library you can create a new page, use the column text in order to insert a shortcode from your plugin in it and add that page as part of your menu. Or if the plugin can be inserted directly into the new page you can add it directly and it should render in the menu.

We tried with no success the installation of a menu. Can you provide us a plugin name that:
– CSS Menu Based
– Called by Shortcode
– 100% compatible with Newspaper Theme

Unfortunately we have not tested a plugin in this matter. And as mentioned above, you can create a brand new page which can be inserted as part of the menu:
Created a new page, added a flex block on that page, saved the page and copied the page id: https://www.screencast.com/t/8G5sOeiZ

Hello, maybe I explained myself wrong, we would need a simple menu (categories > subcategories) even without previews. The important thing is that it works even without javascript and that it can be inserted in the header cloud template (I think as shortcode)

As a shortcode you can do it by creating a new page and that page should only containt the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
