From what I can see you keep adding the instagram id into the pinterest element. Please make sure that you’re adding the instagram id in the right element.

sorry, it’s not Instagram. its Pinterest. by mistake, I wrote Instagram.

Apologies for adding my comments on this thread…
I reported this issue re Pinterest on 20th January 2020, and the advice (21st Jan 2020) was to contact support via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
I haven’t done this as I have found an alternative way with Powerkit.
I think there are a few people in this forum who have reported the same issue, so am pleased it’s not just me. I am using v 9.7.4 so it may be just the old versions with this issue. However, I am not updating to the new version just yet…..I like to sleep at nights 🙂

but still, Pinterest shows data error.
I inserted it to the right sidebar
