The Facebook and twitter of the social counter work but the instagram counter does not. I only use the id as found in the url. I’ve tried ‘cocacola’ before but the counter stays on 0.

Has this been resolved yet as I am having the same issue? If I enter a number in the ‘Instagram fixed count’ field it still shows as 0 on the site.
