Please note that those are the Menus which can be edited from Appearance – Menus.

1. In order to add time on posts you will have to follow this tutorial: https://wordpress.org/support/article/formatting-date-and-time/
2. You can use the same purchase code on your website test server.

And when creating posts still i have the same problem no time is show in the posts
