Hello,
The message “Comment is held for moderation” and comment itself does not shown when user submit a comment. The page just reload. Does you theme support this feature or not?
I checked the “Comment must be manually approved” option, listed under “Before a comment appears” in the Discussion settings.

Hi,
We know about this issue and we have it on out todo list and we will try to fix this in the next theme versions. You can try to find and use a plugin for this.
