The link for the register page can be change only from theme files -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php the set in $users_can_register_link your link -> https://i.imgur.com/Zm0sHqO.png als please notice that if you do not set these files will be over write when you’ll make theme update.
Also there are many plugins that can achieve what you need.
