How to switch languages in a theme

Hi.want to specify the language of my website from en-US to en-US (Vietnamese). What should I do? Thank you!

Hi,

You can set the language from WordPress -> https://i.imgur.com/x2FvArQ.png also you can change/translate the words from the theme using the Translate from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/ unfortunately the theme panel from the theme is only in English.
