Header and footer

Hello,
My site is ok on home page https://alert.al/
but when I click on another menu the header and footer break down https://alert.al/category/lajme/
you can see it.
please help me ???

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
