Featured Image not generated automatically

Hi I have the problem that the Featured Image not generated automatically, when I used featured video, I follow the instructions but still don´t generated automatically the image you can check this in educart.mx

Hi,

I just checked this option and for me is working, please make sure that you set the post format to video, after that set the video url, publish/update the post and refresh the post and the featured image will be display -> https://i.imgur.com/oFONyfe.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BaNY7qE.png
If the problem persist, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

Unfortunately, as I post, I follow all the instructions, and also I don’t see any plugin conflict, but have the same result, still don´t generated automatically the image.

Can you help me, check other things.
