Hi, I’ve added a menu in my custom footer.
How can I change the color of the effect at the mouse hover? Now it is blue, but I want to make it yellow as other part of the template.

So as I can see you are using a footer page, for this you need to go in Theme panel> Footer and edit the page -> https://imgur.com/lQSMGwo using tagDiv Composer, click on the menu and check the style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/nB0lfzD.png

I was referring to mouse hover, not to text color.
However I found it, it is called Line Color
