Hello,
I know that we can do sticky columns and a smart sidebar, but how can we make just one item in a sidebar sticky? Do we need to use a third-party Js library to do so?

Hi,
Unfortunately the theme option can be apply only on column and standard smart sidebar, what you need can be achieve only with custom work.
