The youtube video background is blank white. I have already inserted the youtube ID in the row as instructed. It does not show up in any computer in various networks. Thanks in advance!
Same here.. This has been going on for several times already. The last time it happened, updating the theme did the trick. But this time it didn’t.

If you set the api key as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ you clear the cache and problem still persist, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Hi, I get a blank background and cannot solve it.
I have the API installed and theme updated.
Also, I tried to clear and deactivate cache. Also deactivated/reactivated Composer. I can see the video y the background while in composer mode, but when I save changes and go to normal view, I get the blank background. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks!
