I’ve purchased thrive comments in order to spice up my wordpress comment features. The problem I am having is that when I installed the plugin the template on my site didn’t pick up on the change. It just shows the standard wordpress comments. I’ve tried it with other templates that come with wordpress and it works on all of them. The folks at thrive went in and took a look for me and they said I needed to contact the makers of my template for assistance on making the template show the comments as I want them too. Now this plugin uses the core functionality of wordpress so it should work and I have no clue where to look within the template to fix this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we did not tested the Thrive Comments Plugin with our theme, therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/

Okay thank you. If I can’t figure it out I will hire a developer to make the necessary fix to your template.
I too wish that Thrive Comments worked with Newspaper. It would be a great asset to add to this really super theme.
