I am looking at the Theme Panel in the Social Networks section. I can see where you can put in links to your social pages.
Is it possible to change things like the icon used in the menu, and the text that appears in the hover of these social links?

Unfortunately the social icons can not be cahne fro theme panle, only if you set theme with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/mNpZL7f.png
The menu icons are set as in this documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/ you can change theme from Appearance> Menu -> http://prntscr.com/ook6q4 -> http://prntscr.com/ook777
