Social media icons in Top Bar are not visible when the background color of the top bar is set to White. They show when user hovers over them, otherwise not. If the background color is set to be something else, it works.

Hi,
Yes, that is because these socials have set the white color to and when the background color for the top bar is set to white will no longer be visible.
You can set the color from the socials from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/0mzKG85.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wD3Xwzf.png
