I am using Infinite Scroll with it loading 5 articles before it stops. But right now it’s set up to load all 5 articles immediately below each other. This isn’t good practice and messes with ads that are paid on CPM as they all get loaded at once. Is it possible to have the infinite scroll feature load 1 article at a time?

Yes. The infinite load option is available on each single post template. You will have to create another single post template which will have this option and you will be able to have one template using the infinite load and one without.

Does it stop loading new articles after the second article? I want infinite scroll to keep loading as long as our readers scroll, but only load 1 article at a time instead of 5
