How to make widgets like ‘Featured by Author’ or ‘Random by Author’, as present in the sidebar on the following link:

I, mainly, want to know how it chooses the current author so that it shows Featured/Random posts for the current author.

Hi,
This is the author template, is using a template with a posts loop that will sort all posts after author, this is a premade template -> https://i.imgur.com/pe3aGCv.png therefore you can not make other widgets like that, sorry!
