Where is the cover option for background image as shown in your tutorial?

Hi,
The background image set in them panel -> https://i.imgur.com/oKUewzf.png also you need to check the background color, make sure that you clear that color -> https://i.imgur.com/eC7r5lx.png because this will overwrite the image.
If there is still a problem, Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
