Tag DiV speed up service

Hello,

I have seen that TagDiv offers a 200 US Dollars service to speed up a website here https://tagdiv.com/custom-services-page-speed-optimization/, and I have some inquiries about it :

– Does that involve using the mobile theme ? Because I tried already, but there are a lot of incompatibilities with the features I have already installed.

– Is there a kind of “satified or refund” ? Because I already had WP Autoptimize and WP Supercache installed and set, but with very few success.

To make it easier, could you have a look at my website emprunter-malin.com and tell me if this service can indeed speed up my webiste ?
