how can we update the links for the mobile view

hello team , i was getting through this, could’t found much on documentation.
the links that are appearing on the desktop mode, the same links does not reflecting into the mobile view.
as you can open below link from mobile and desktop view. could you tell me please how can i view the links from mobile view also. most of my end users uses mobile, tabs and then desktop.

YOU CAN CHECK THIS LINKS I CAN’T UPLOAD FILES. WHEN THE VIEW IS IN DESKTOP IT’S SHOWING LINKS, BUT WHEN I CHANGE THE VIEW TO ANY PHONE VIEW FROM BROWSER, YOU CAN CLICK THE THREE HORIZONTAL LINES ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER. YOU WILL SO NO NAVIGATIONS.

i am facing one issue on the same, when i am on the desktop view i hover the salesforce updates links it show me different category posts. but when open link for Salesforce Updates on the phone does not do that? what should do i for that to get hover categories like desktop view.
i am totally new to WordPress.
could you please help me.

yeah we are looking different links. could check the Salesforce update links, when i open in desktop screen size i can see post when i HOVER the “Salesforce Update” link. and when i try to open fro then phone, click the link(Salesforce Update) i can’t see hover effect, neither it opens.
