Tagdiv Social Counter issue

Hi,

The tagdiv social counter plugin is not showing the specific social media logo anymore. I get the number of fans and the like buttons, but not the actual logo of the social media. It used to work in the past and now I get a blank space instead.

Did you update something?
Did you install new plugin?

Hi Chris,

Thank you for the response.

Yes, I deactivated quite a few plugins and performed a speed optimization work on the database (I had someone do that for me since I’m not very technical) but I haven’t added any new plugins that could interfere with the tagdiv social counter plugin. If anything what I have done should have improved potential bugs due to incompatibility.

I have also got a problem with Social Counter on my site. The number of the Facebook fans doesn’t show up unfortunately. Thanks!

Hi,

Please make sure that you update and use the latest theme version (4.6.1) and also update your social counter plugin to version 2.7 from the /plugins folder then check again without any other plugins active. I have also tested this using your fb user and worked fine:
