I build a home page that contains
a slide component, wich filtrer all posts with a Featured category (translated as “Evidenza”)
a Block 2 part, that filter on a “News” category
a “widget sidebar”, linked to the default sidebar
it looks like if the slider shows only sometimes the images and the link, while other times it shows only a white page and the title

sorry, I forgot to tell you the the wordpress site runs on IIS 7.
porting in on a apache/linux server it works
But Idon’t have linux server in my farm
