We we’re having an issue loading up the video on our LA MODE Newspaper theme. We have the same demo video, but its not loading up. See below https://www.youtube.com/embed/osutV-ZH4OM

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper, v10.3.1 also make sure that you set the Youtube api key in theme panel as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ this should solved the problem.
If there is still a problem after you’ve done all these steps, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

But I have the same error: Video ids were not found or can’t be retrieved.

Sure, the blog is https://www.commeunvelo.com/ (in the middle of the content, you could see: “LES VIDEOS”).
And the parameters I used:
The video ids are “iVMHNA-PQIY,4dstZVzfNOE,ZbCKcN6zYLc,LoBhRwp-1Ig,vKtP6nDvWv8,FL_eGLrIi3o”.
They came from the channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVUNJNbGp8McnDJEW_05zQA

I just make a test with the video ids you provide and for me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/D7VEGD6.png also you can set the channel -> https://i.imgur.com/M8G2Hka.jpg
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I disabled all the plugins, then I remove/readd the playlist and it’s now working 🙂
