Is there a possibility to change the tag of links in the block: for exaple, to change it from <h3> to <p> or <h4>?

Vlad, please read my question. I was asking not about the title of the block, but about the links in the block.
Currently all links are h3, and it is not good for seo, since all page with sucj blocks consists only of H2-H4 text. This is the reason I would like links to be not in <h3> but in <p> tag.
Please, give me recommendation how to do this. May be, it is possible to do it with some editing of the files?

That is possible with custom coding but please note that custom work is not covered by the Newspaper theme support team. You will have to search and replace the needed files.
