I’m trying to set up the header menu. You have some predefined headers in the Cloud library, but I want the header to look like this https://imgur.com/a/wPNbkLH . That is a logo and menu with a row above it that contains a phone number. I don’t see any of your cloud headers that has that specific design.
And, in mobile I want the same thing. But, now it looks like this https://imgur.com/a/kpvcPF2 . The menu looks bad.
So, in mobile I used Header 15 and after changing settings got this https://imgur.com/a/CUyYzT2 .
But, the desktop now has 2 menus and having the bottom one doesn’t look proper obviously. https://imgur.com/a/t1mVRdD . If I remove the bottom menu from the desktop, that removes menu from the mobile view.
I’ve worked a long time to get to this place. Please clearly explain how I can arrive at the two headers and menus I want. It’s been very frustrating.
Hi,
There is clearly something that you do wrong, you need to check each menu on post view like this -> https://i.imgur.com/dWWTZ7o.jpg this is the header menu zone and this is the mobile menu zone, these are different -> https://i.imgur.com/JCg5yn4.png as I can see you are working in the content zone -> https://i.imgur.com/tz4v0z4.jpg
Take the Tour to Explore the New Website Header Manager -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Also if you want you can edit the cloud header from here, in this way you’ll prevent this problem (to set the header in content) -> https://i.imgur.com/HGYCE5W.png
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I’ve followed your instructions and screenshots. From my perspective, it looks like I’ve done the right things.
But, I wouldn’t doubt I’ve something wrong. What is that? How do we find out?
As we both know there is very little documentation or tutorials for TD Composer
How do find out what I’ve done wrong? This is taking days, when it should take hours.
Hi,
Did you checked the zone to be in main menu zone and not in the content zone set the menu?
If yes, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
