I can’t add YouTube videos to my site. I got this advice: you must increase the limit of NewsMag Youtube Api key. Can you help me with this? How can I do it?

Hi EditorHelsinki,

I think you get it wrong, you need to set the YouTube api key in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/qdko8R7.png, not to increase it. The wp memory is a theme requirement -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

Hi Calin, sorry for bumping in this discussion.

From what I understand I now need a youtube api key for the video playlist to work on homepage?

Moreover, I have newsmag 4.9.1 and I do not seem to see the https://i.imgur.com/qdko8R7.png this menu in my social networks sub menu. Must I upgrade to Newsmag 4.9.3 in order to see it?

Hi giovax,

The YouTube api key was added only in Newsmag v4.9.3, you’ll need to update the theme in order to use youtube videos.
