If you are referring to this date -> https://i.imgur.com/upnsCE1.png then you can adjust it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/MBL61nz.png also by choosing the WordPress language the date will by translate in the language you need -> https://i.imgur.com/O2zip4H.png
