I want to change my Site title but the thing is that it’s always Like “Home: Site Title”. Why this like this? And How can I change this?

This is the basic thing. I changed the title and tagline when I created the website. But Still this problem.

However, I fix it myself. The problem was when changing the homepage theme it should be changed with the website name. Otherwise the theme name shown in the title.
