I cannot understand why my header routinely defaults to the wrong setting. Once again I log in and see that while I’ve got my logo in there, then it simply disappears. I use Avada for roughly 20 websites and never have these issues. I just wish your system was as easy as theirs to create basic theme options and page options separately. The site is kidzu.co
And yes, I’ve checked plugins for issues (I should have to do that over and over again either).

No, the logo you see is some kind of strange default – no idea where it comes from (your Header system is confusing – why isn’t the logo that’s actually loaded and showing in my theme settings not showing?). Is there a way for me to securely provide you with login details so you can see for yourself?
