“We just installed Newspaper theme & its plugins. But to import demo content we need to set file/folder owner/group properly. Now few folders has root & few has nobody & few more has www-data. those folders should be linked to all these three users somehow.

However, I have made sure everything has that correct ownership and everything is 0755.
Any ideas?

1. Check permissions on upload folder: I have given every permission I can think of to uploads. It has 0755 and is owned by www-data:www-data
2. WP_DEBUG is set to false
I have followed every guide I can tell. The plugins are installed but the demo just gives the error. I know the file folder permissions are correct.
