Hi.
I need to have some password protected posts, and I know wordpress have that funcion, but the problem is when I add a video or an audio file to that password protect post, anyone can play it without password anyway.
Can I/you do something here to fix this?
Because if the post is password protected nothing there should be seen without a password.

Please try add a youtube video or audio from soundcloud on Newspaper (Feature Video) or a soundcloud audio (Feature Audio).
If you have the option to show videos and audio files on front page we can play this video and audio files without any password.
It’s not allowed to play audio or video files that are included in the main wordpress post area, but the ones inserted from Newspapper theme (Feature Video/Audio) are bypassing the wordpress password protection.

We did exactly how you’ve mentioned and everything worked out fine. The password option worked. You can’t see anything featured.
