problems with icons and hover colors

Please also send your site’s URL so I can inspect this and make sure that you use the latest theme version(1.4) and also test this without any plugins active, lave just the VC active, empty cache/purge files and check again.
You can also try to regenerate fonts like this:

1. go to https://icomoon.io/app
2. button “import icons”, import from newsmag.svg (in /images/icons/),
3. select all icons;
4. button “generate font”, button “download”;
5. copy the 4 files (.eot, .svg .ttf .woff), in “fonts” folder in the downloaded zip file, rename icomoon.* to newsmag.*, replace old files, done.

Please let me know f you still have issue after doing this and also provide your site’s URL.

Hi,

I have noticed this now. Please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
In some cases this turned out to be due to the tagdiv speed booster plugin as this plugin moves the css and js automatically to the bottom of the page.
We suggest to deactivate all plugins to make sure this doesn’t happen due to others plugins you use and if this issue persists please let me know.

Make sure that you also empty cache and purge files if you any cache plugin or CDN host services. You can also use your browser’s inspect tool: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools and check if the changes were made and double check your code to see if you’ve applied it right.
