Hi,
1. Is there a way to have a different header menu for a page ( rather than having the global header menu)?
2. Is there any way to hide the header menu for certain pages?

Yes, by editing the page you will be able to set a different header / or no header using the website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gfDCvkj5
