How can I change the background for the Header for news for Romania? (the taxi image)

Hi,
In order to change the background color/image on Romania News Pro you’ll need to edit that cloud header template from tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer, click on the row and check the css tab -> https://www.screencast.com/t/g9DiZaSiSeQ2
