if you look at https://buddhanet.world/2020/04/05/tony-hawk-at-age-51-pt-1/
you will notice the post title and subtitle are underneath the header menu.
Please let me know what to do to make the global change so all posts will be positioned properly underneath the menu. This way the post title and subtitle are visible. thank you

I have discovered the issue with this was using overlay header opposed to the normal.. issue resolved
