Every time i go to another page on my website the header loads again and it is a lot higher for a few seconds.

Hello !
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
