Is there a way in the code to remove the H3 Heading in the mega menu? It is a huge problem in seo that the mega menu uses so many headings which are all dublicate.

Hi,
The mega menu is made from modules/blocks that are displaying the posts/articles, therefore these have the title of post set with h3. All the modules have set the h3 on post tile from this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php -> https://i.imgur.com/IawM6ZK.png

Ok thank you very much. Is there a way to separate the mega menu from other blocks in Homepage. I only want to have that the block on the homepage that shows the recent posts shows up H2 Headings. There should be no headings in the mega menu and no headings in the block which is integrated in the sidebar.

Unfortunately not, all the posts titles from all the blocks/flex blocks/grids are using the same module, and the mega menu use flex blocks to display the post as in page content.
