I use the Pulse Pro demo and the first column at the right is sticky, which is a good idea. I have applied a light grey background and a 1px left border to it. It is showing fine but it returns to default previous status when scrolled (loses background color and border). When I uncheck the sticky box, it shows fine when scrolled. But of course it is not sticky anymore.
Why is this happening?

Indeed, for the moment there are some settings that are not apply on smart/sticky sidebar, this is on our list for improvements, sorry for the inconvenience!
