Modification is now visible on Front End

Dear Support,

I have made several changes via Theme panel but they are not indicated on the front-end.

Example: https://postimg.cc/RJJT8PPW

Same with related articles that are loading under the main article – function deactivated but related articles still showing.

Is there any reason, solution?

Please make sure to clear your cache, as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/thO2gqIF The options that you have deactivated are gone.
