How can i translate default sidebar title

Hi i couldnt traslate default sidebar title (RECOMMENDED VIDEOS, POPULAR etc..) How can i translate it

Hi,

Most of sidebars can be translate (change the title) from appearance> widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/UoBP8mR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/NZPo64r.png also for some elements like these from footer for example, you can use the translate the titles from theme panel> translations -> https://i.imgur.com/Yv8Kdx0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Lvcn1oS.png
