What source does the Covid-19 stats feed come from (in tagDiv Cloud Library) and how often does it update?
I got error on covid data widget, showing 0 on all countries
i also … no data since today – every counter is on “0”
Can anyone say us why? i bought this theme especially for the covid-data and now – few days later – everything is disfunctionable????? – I am now really disapointed … no reaction for a urgent cause … on my page the data is down the whole day, and now is 17:00 … great support …

I’ve also checked , it’s really awful that COVID-19 data is not working. Tag Div has wonderful support team, may be they are working for whole theme in the background . But Within this period If you want covid 19 data there’s also another way to get it within this NEWSPAPER theme.

If covid elemnts display 0 data:
To fix the covid counter you need to dactivate and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and install int again from Newspaper > Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3nvXhlS.png, after that clear all cache and the covid counter will work again.

I have deactivated, un-installed, re-installed, re-activated and flushed all the caches and it is still not working on two different implementations.

api (it can take 1-2 hours).

Our theme made a request for updates the covid data once at 3 hours (using timezone UTC GMT+0), the dates are get from here https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/tree/master/csse_covid_19_data and these are update frequency once per day.

Where does the data generate from. Who creates the data?
