Hi,
Only if you are using the revolution slider you’ll have the dots navigation, the sliders from composer do not have this option.

Hello,
I think its better to modify the current slider. But we need to know what jquery library you are using ? LayerSlider ? RotalSlider ? Smart Slider ? etc ..

Unfortunately you cannot edit the original slider. The best for you would be to use the Revolution slider plugin.
