How does Newspaper determine which category should be displayed as the displayed category “Tag”?
We seem to be having issues wherein the theme will pick the first category by alpha rather than the primary category. Can you please explain how it is chosen?

Sorry for not being clear. We’re using the “News Magazine” baseplate and I am asking specifically about the .td-post-category and how it decides on what category to grab?
It appears to pick the first category by alpha rather than the primary category.

Where can I find the “Primary Category” select that is shown in https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/primary_category.jpg it seems to be from an older version of the theme.
