I have tried to upload a Retina logo in the theme recommended sizes and it appears too small. We tried magnifying the logo and it still is show up as very small. The Retina logo IS the same file type as the other logo. The header is just showing up much smaller than we’d like even though it is sized correctly (to theme specifications).

The retina logo will be display only on device with retina as iPhone, iPad, Mac, also this will have the same size but will be more clear (the size of logo will not double, only the quality will be double).

Let me clarify. The logo on our MAIN website header (at the top) on a desktop / laptop looks too small. We have 3 sites and 2/3 are having the same issue.

The header logo is uploaded in the size specified in the theme back-end.

That size for logo is a standard to be nice display in all header styles, but you are using a header style that accept a free size, you can set all the size you want and the header will adapt, therefore you can set the logo with what dimension you want.
