The template editor not works at all – its an empty field.
All other non-td plugins switched off – what could cause the issue?
I deleted, re-uploaded old version of the theme, plugins — not helped
purchased a new licence and downloaded the very latest installed – same problem.
tried other domains, wordpress install ( localhost, other server ) — there works properly – only on the current site wont work. – There is some mess – for sure.
Hwo to fix it?
I need urgent help please form the developers.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

only tagdiv plugins was active – and not worked.
And not only me – but other few hundred people in this forum had the same issue – after the WordPress 5.4 upgrade.
