Hello Team,
I applied to google adsense. They gave me a verification code to add it into the header of my website like this one :
<script data-ad-client=”ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxx” async src=”https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
I add it in the header section manually insert in the header.php (please refer to attached screenshot)
. But on view source i cannot view the updated code and google services has rejected as saying “We couldn’t find the code on your site”.
Please advice.

The code in not set in the right place, you need to set it in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/niawh1k.png set the code here and check the results.
