En el Mobile Theme donde y como puedo cambiar el texto que viene en ingles para editarlo al español…gracias

That is not possible in Newspaper Theme. You will have to use a multi-language plugin.

Olá, boa noite. Você consegue alterar a linguagem através do THEME PANEL em NEWSPAPER dentro do admin do seu site.

Em TRANSLATIONS você consegue traduzir o site todo e não somente a versão mobile.
