Hi, is that possible to show footer and header in homepage but hide in different pages. Or changing header for different pages, categories.

Yes. You cand edit the pages / templates using the website manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/EDtzVrD5nL4 Create multiple headers / footers and you can set them on different templates.
